Through a decade of progressive tricks, board designs, artist board graphics and contest formats, Scott has always embodied the unconventional aspects of the sport. Scott continues to break boundaries with the birth of his new company Byerly Boards. Giving Byerly the opportunity to expand and focus on new design concepts from boards, board graphics, accessories and more. Scott has chosen a divers group of people to help carryout his unique style and exemplify his visions. This past year Scott selected a small group of individuals that would represent the brand and showcase his style of riding. The Byerly team riders consist of Kyle Murphy, Robby Jacques, Ross Gardner, Bret Little, and George Daniels. Scott has paved the way for his team to excel in all areas of the sport. In addition to the board company, Scott also dedicates his time to progressing the sport of wakeskating. Over the past three years Scott has held a wakeskate only contest known as the Toe Jam. This contest has grown from one stop at the Projects to a cross-country tour to show all aspects of wakeskating. From cable parks to pool jams, the Toe Jam has quickly become the most prestigious event in the sport and continues to pick up momentum every year. Scott continues to pave the way for up and coming riders by dedicating his life and vision to instill the longevity of the sport.
